- To teach and skill learners as many as possible from the disadvantage communities to fill in the gap of unemployment and to reduce poverty.
- Festicol is aimed to help companies in training their employee to provide better service in their respective fields.
OUR MISSION
Our mission in Festicol is to be a leading FET College in South Africa by meeting the reasons the FET sector was formed and hold strong onto outstanding remarks with student’s results in internal, external and international exams.
We have engaged with many Companies in must provinces of SA. Since we train people to fit the work place and to meet the demand of the economy, Festicol take the opportunity to show the phase of its students ‘ qualification(s) that is the reason why students register and submit their C.Vs after attaining a qualification. We do not wait for the companies to contact us when in need of persons to assist for employment for internship .Instead we always update them of learners that have achieved a qualification from our college.
